用哑铃练肱二头肌的方法:

1、离心弯举:持一对大重量哑铃自然站立,将它们置于身体两侧,掌心相对,膝盖微曲,臀部向后沉,上身前倾,然后身体猛然伸直,借助向上的爆发力将哑铃甩至肩部位置,最后用五秒时间下放哑铃回到起始姿势,每组五次,共做三组,组间休息九十秒;

2、跪姿单臂弯举:双手持一对大重量哑铃置于身体两侧,跪在地板上,向上弯举哑铃并向外旋手腕,当哑铃举到肩部前方时,掌心向后,右手做三次后换左手做三次,左右交替连续做五分钟,每组五分钟,共做三组,组间休息九十秒;

3、交替哑铃弯举:首先让身体直立,也可坐在凳端或垂直靠在背凳上,双手持哑铃垂于体侧,掌心相对,两肘贴靠身体两侧,以肘关节为支点向上弯举,同时前臂外旋掌心朝上,举至最高点收紧肱二头肌,然后控制性还原,接着另一臂做相同动作,每组五十个,共做三组,组间休息六十秒。
