1、直立杠哑铃推举,不系腰带,以每组6-8次的负荷做推举。由于身体自然后倾。故对上胸有很强的刺激效果。能很快“淹没“显露的锁骨。

2、平卧推举。由于身体结构和柔韧性方面的差异。如果做斜板卧推收效果甚微的话,则不妨用平卧推来发达上胸。动作要点是:下放杠铃时将铃杠置于颈部,注意力集中在上胸部,再就是在卧板下垫一木块,使之呈5-10度的小倾角。以利于挺起胸部。

3、前倾式俯卧撑。垫高双脚,使身体前倾10度左右,最多不超过15度,否则受力的重点会转至肩部。可请同伴在上背部加杠铃片。
