1、热身:不论是短跑、长跑一定要进行热身运动,热身运动相当必要的,要让自己的身体达到一个预热的作用,这样预防受伤;

2、姿势:正确的跑步姿势是上半身正直,下半身放松,身体前倾,头部挺拔,与背部一样直,头、胸心、肚脐眼保持一条线。胳膊放松,向后摆,身体的重量在向前倾斜压在腹部上,背部、特别是腰部在摆动中的扭曲来提起臀屈肌,进而提起大腿、小腿、脚前进;

3、装备:选择好的跑鞋,可以保护足弓、膝盖和脚踝,避免伤痛;

4、呼吸方式:在跑步前深呼吸,闭上嘴巴,用鼻子吸入足够
