1、在换气时要注意掌握好节奏,防治呛水。保持正规的姿势练习,吸气头入水同时收回双腿,双臂在这时伸出蹬水,然后向前滑行慢慢呼气,双臂在收回的同时抬头呼气,一整个动作完成后再继续开始。

2、换气时身体要放松,使水的浮力托住自己,轻轻抬头让嘴巴或鼻子露出水面即可,不要绷劲撅屁股。
