原因是因为热炸裂,因为玻璃杯受热不均匀,倒入开水时,玻璃杯内壁先接触热水,内壁膨胀,而热量尚未充分传到外壁,外壁不膨胀,从而容易破裂,煮过之后,内外壁都已经膨胀,当然不容易破裂,如果煮过后等一段时间,放回到常温,一样容易破裂。
