床上锻炼身体的方法

1、塑身操。动作:仰卧躺在床两脚并拢慢慢抬起,抬到与身体成90度时慢慢放下(膝盖不可弯曲,肩膀和手臂不可用力)。

2、在离床面30公分处停下来,静候1分钟,做10次。一开始停止的时间约15~30秒即可,逐渐的把时间拉长到2分钟。

3、塑身操。动作:身体躺于床,双膝微弯,双手抱头(吸气)。双手抱头,将身体慢慢抬离床面,收腹吐气,到最高点时停约10秒。慢慢将身体放平,继续动作做20次。
