用料: 细砂糖350克、水500克 、低筋面粉450克、玉米粉50克、泡打粉17克 。

步骤:

将细砂糖和水拌匀至细砂糖溶化为无颗粒状;将低筋面粉、玉米粉和泡打粉过筛后加入,拌至面糊状;将拌成面糊状的粉子静置5至10分钟;将碗内铺上纸杯模,再倒入面糊至约7分满;将装有面糊的碗置入蒸锅,以大火蒸约12分钟即可;蒸煮中不可打开锅盖,否则蒸气散出,会使发糕发不起来。
