1、揉擦腹部:练习者仰卧于床上,两手相叠,放在腹上,以顺时针,逆时针方向各按摩50圈;然后,两手分开放在腹上,上下往复按摩50次。要求不用意念,可以憋口气把腹部顶起来练习,早晚一组。

2、体转:两腿分开直立与肩同宽,两手叉腰或下垂体部两侧,随身体摆动,身体向左右转体各50次。要求转体时两腿不动,转体幅度要大,直腰,头颈要上顶。

3、体前屈立起:两腿分开直立与肩宽,上体前倾向下体前屈,然后立起。要求膝盖要挺直,双手尽量去触摸地面一下,连续做50次。
