1、姜,枸杞和茶树菇洗净后放入碗中,倒入清水浸泡,十分钟左右更换一次清水。

2、将乌鸡倒入锅中,加入清水,大火煮沸后去除浮沫,将鸡肉块捞出备用。

3、将鸡肉放入砂锅中,再放入枸杞和茶树菇,加入温水,姜片,开中火煲20分钟左右即可出锅,最后加入适量盐就可以了。
