腌制青白菜方法

1、把白菜根切除,白菜用清水清洗干净。

2、把缸倒入适量水,水里放入适量的盐,让盐溶化在水中。

3、把洗净的白菜放进缸里,白菜高度要高于缸口,然后把大石头压在白菜上。

4、这样经过10-15天,白菜腌制成为金黄色就可以食用了。

5、另外腌制的季节选择在深秋或冬天,夏天不宜腌制。
