枸杞膏的具体熬制方法

制法:

1、取枸杞子5000克,加水煎煮三次,第一次3小时,第二和三次各2小时;

2、合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩成清膏;

3、每100g清膏加蔗糖200克,加热熔化,混匀,浓缩至粘稠状即可。

枸杞膏形状为棕褐色稠厚的半流体;味甜,微酸、涩。
