河南甜汤的做法

原料:银耳30克,红樱桃脯20克,冰糖适量。

做法:

1、将银耳用温水浸泡,待银耳发开后取出,去掉耳根,洗净放入碗中,上笼蒸约10分钟后取出;

2、将汤锅洗净,置微火上,加清水放入冰糖,溶化后,放入樱桃脯,再移置旺火上烧沸,起锅倒入银耳碗内即成。
