原理:

淹没式脉冲阀采用淹没于气包中的安装方法,故称淹没式。它与其他结构形式比较,减少了流道阻力,降低了喷吹气源压力,因而能适用于压低的场合,且可降低能源消耗和延长膜片寿命。淹没式脉冲阀,阀座嵌入气包内安装,阻力小,流通性好,喷吹量高,提高了负荷带动量,扩大了气源压力的使用范围,更适合于气源压力较宽场合使用。
