2、鸡肉块放入沸水中氽烫去血水备用。

3、放入鸡肉块、姜、葱段、大料。烧开后,放料酒,加入一点点醋,去腥,也能促进钙质发挥。小火2小时煨烂,出锅时加入盐调味即可。
