1、手指爬墙:患者面向墙壁站立,双手上抬,扶于墙上,努力向上爬,要努力比前一天爬得更高一些。

2、后伸下蹲:患者背向站于桌前,双手后扶于桌边,反复做下蹲动作,以加强肩关节的后伸活动。

3、两手抱头:两足站立与肩同宽,两手紧抱后脑;两肘拉开,与身体平行;两肘收拢,似挟头部,周而复始。
