豉油芥蓝头做法窍门

1、芥蓝洗净摘成长约15cm的段,大葱、红椒、生姜切丝备用。

2、煮锅掺水,水开后放入芥蓝焯烫1分钟,撒点盐固色。

3、焯好水的芥蓝铺在盘子里,放上葱丝、姜丝、红椒丝,淋上蒸鱼豉油和温开水1:1的混合液。

4、炒锅烧热炝油至冒烟,淋到三丝上。
