卤肉的鲜汤做法

材料:三层肉片200公克、青葱3支、姜8克、八角2个、五香粉1小匙、酱油1大匙、酱油膏1小匙、冰糖1小匙、米酒2大匙、水400毫升。

做法:

1、青葱洗净切段;姜洗净去皮切片;备用。

2、热锅倒入少许油烧热,放入洗净沥干的三层肉片,以中小火煎至约八分熟,盛出三层肉片,备用。

3、做法2的余油继续加热,放入做法1中小火爆香,放入做法2及所有调味料,拌匀后以大火煮滚,改转小火加盖熬煮约45分钟至熟软入味即可。
