运动以后坐下屁股有酸胀的感觉,好像屁股在变大,其实是一种错觉。因为跑步的时候,血液会大量流向臀部、大腿,从而给下肢提供能量。一坐下阻碍血液流动,并且在臀部积压。如果跑完立刻坐下,就会影响血液循环,也会感觉皮肤有点麻麻的,不过这都是暂时的,并不会使屁股变大。所以运动之后不要立马坐下来,先缓一下,做些放松的动作,以使肌肉放松下来。
