潮汕猪肚做法

1、猪肚300克、莲子100克、料酒2杯盖、生姜薄片2片、盐、鸡精、葱末。

2、猪肚洗净,开水氽熟,切成两指宽的小段。

3、将猪肚、莲子生、姜薄片入锅,加入清水。

4、汤沸后,加入2杯盖料酒,大火改小火继续焖煮。

5、1个小时左右,猪肚焖熟煲烂,加盐、鸡精,撒上葱花就可出锅。
