1、身体平躺在垫子上,双腿弯曲踩地,可以用其他人固定腿部,双臂屈肘,双手半握拳分别放到耳侧,然后深吸气,呼气时,想象脊椎一节一节的离地起身,感觉腹肌充分发力。使双肘尽可能触碰膝关节。

2、使得腹部卷起到最高点,停顿两秒后身体下落时呼气。下落到肩部着地,头部不要贴地的程度再起身,然后反复进行练习。
