可以通过理疗、按摩、加强足内外肌肉锻炼和穿用平足矫形鞋或平足鞋垫矫正;可以到医院让医生检查并根据具体情况手术治疗。

可以适当地做如下的矫正锻炼:

1、捡豆,即用脚趾把撒在地上的黄豆粒捡起,一日两次,每次捡40到50粒。

2、滚圆木,即赤脚用脚底滚动直径为5厘米左右的圆木,一日两次,每次滚10分钟。

3、踢毽子,每日2次,每次踢10分钟。
