1、跳绳时要有节奏地呼吸,并配合手摇和脚跳的节律进行。初学时可跳一下呼吸一次,熟练后则跳四下呼吸一次,速度快时可跳六下呼吸一次。

2、与跑步的呼吸节奏相似。数数不要用嘴说出来,在心里默默地数即可,以免浪费体力。
