一般情况下,肉类翻炒5至8分钟即可炒熟。

如果肉片较薄,则炒菜时肉的颜色由红变白即可。不宜翻炒时间过长,影响肉的口感。

如果肉片偏厚,则不能仅仅依靠颜色变化来判断肉是否被炒熟。需要在肉变白之后继续翻炒两分钟左右,防止肉的内部没有被炒熟。
