1、海参富含18种氨基酸、牛磺酸、胶原蛋白、黏多糖、多肽、维生素等,可以改善免疫力。海参食用以清淡为好,具体食谱如下:

(1)海参鸡蛋羹:把海参与少量木耳切碎、拌搅以后再放在鸡蛋中,搅匀了以后去蒸做鸡蛋羹,木耳中有木耳多糖和海参中的海参多糖,都有调节免疫的作用,所以搁在一块做鸡蛋羹应该说强强联合,非常好;

(2)海参蘑菇汤:用海参加入蘑菇煮汤,汤和食材应该一块吃,海参多糖和蘑菇多糖因为都有调节免疫力的作用,所以俩搁在一块非常好
