训练腕力的方法:

腕力器训练法:腕力器是专门为锻炼腕力而发明的健身器材,对提升腕力有直接作用。在使用时注意握姿,不同的握姿有不同的锻炼效果。十指俯卧撑法:用指尖支撑做俯卧撑也对提升腕力有帮助。这个动作与普通俯卧撑的差别为,十指俯卧撑是用十个手指将身体支撑起,并做俯卧撑。动作的难度较大,要根据自己的实际情况选用。反握腕弯举法:坐在长凳上,背部向前弯曲,将前臂贴放在另一长凳上,两个手腕放在凳子外,反手握住杠铃,小臂不动,弯曲手腕,向地面下低杠铃。正握腕弯举法:准备姿势与上述类似,双手正握杠铃,握位与肩同宽。前臂放在长凳上,手在长凳另一侧下垂;小臂不动,弯曲手腕,向地面下低杠铃。
