1、材料:大葱1根,香菜3根,盐1.5小匙,白糖1大匙,李锦记生抽7-8大匙,蚝油0.5大匙,米醋1大匙,鸡精1.5小匙,五香粉1小匙,芝麻、辣椒粉、孜然粉、玉米油适量

2、大葱、香菜洗净后切成碎末放入小碗;

3、葱和香菜切碎是为了淋油更好的出味。

4、辣椒粉和孜然粉可根据个人口味增减,不会影响整个酱汁的味道。

5、一般8匙生抽刚刚盖过葱和香菜,不够可根据个人口味增减,但盐最好不要再加了。
