1、提重物:可以用杠铃、哑铃,也可以买大瓶装的矿泉水,每天提10-20分钟。

2、器械:借助握力器、哑铃等工具锻炼握力。握力器每天练习20-30分钟,直到握不动为止;

3、哑铃反向手腕练习:注意让手臂紧贴着椅子,空出手腕,使用腕关节运动。4、俯卧撑:注意保持头、脖子、后背、臀部和腿在一条直线上。
