1、两臂弯曲,在颈后用力弯曲弹簧。

2、两臂向前,向上弯曲弹簧,然后放松。

3、两臂向胸前靠拢,弯曲弹簧,然后伸直,慢慢放松。

4、站立,两脚分开,右肘弯曲,用左手弯曲弹簧,然后左肘弯曲,用右手弯曲弹簧。

5、两臂向身后,紧握弹簧,然后向下伸直逐渐弯曲。

6、追求的是数量不是重量!
