1、步行健身首先要全身动起来。而全身动起来,就要靠双臂摆动。

2、步行尽量选软路。比如在塑胶道上运动,一半以上的冲击力会被塑胶吸收,借此可以保护踝关节等。步行者应选择软路面运动。

3、走路鞋要软而轻。步行选择鞋子的标准,走路穿鞋的标准就是要鞋底软、鞋子轻、鞋帮软。
