1、将螃蟹用清水流净,放在盛器里。

2、将姜末放在小酒碗内,加熬熟的酱油、白糖、味精、黄酒、麻油搅和。

3、另取一小碗,放醋待用。

4、将螃蟹上笼,用火蒸1520分钟,至蟹壳呈鲜红色,蟹肉成熟时取出。放油和醋调味即可。
