1、用料:低筋面粉、奶酥面粉、鸡蛋、黄油。

2、将所有原料和在一起,揉成面团。

3、将面团包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏格,静置30分钟。

4、取出面团擀成大约5毫米厚的面饼,然后用饼干模具卡出想要的形状。

5、烤箱预热200度,然后放入饼干,烤制15-20分钟即可。
