1、跑之前,一定要作热身运动,把腿的筋拉开。例如:踢腿、高抬腿、压腿等。

2、做50个快速高抬腿训练,有利于短跑速度的提高;

3、注意跑步的时候压低重心,因为要保持频率,蹬地的时,注意向前而不是向上,不要有跃起的动作;

4、起跑时,注意力要集中,要迅速反应,当枪响后,脚要用力向后蹬;

5、跑步中,要用脚尖跑,两臂要大幅度摆动,吸气用鼻,呼气用口。
