防止久坐伤身的方法:

1、选择一张符合自己高度的,坐着较为舒适的椅子,并时刻保持正确的坐姿;

2、记得时常站起来走动一下,建议每隔30-40分钟左右起来活动一下;

3、不要翘起二郎腿。有些人在坐着工作时,喜欢翘起二郎腿。但实际上,翘起二郎腿会限制另一条腿的血流量,造成脚发麻,重心也会倾向另一条腿,长时间容易造成脊椎弯曲。
