竹笋如何去涩

竹笋去涩有三种方法:

1、先把鲜笋切成薄片,然后用开水炒一会儿,大概6、7分钟后,把笋片捞出,用冷水泡着即可去涩;

2、将竹笋放在开水里焯,焯的时候应多放油,可去掉些涩味;

3、可将竹笋浸泡在淡盐水中一两个小时,即可去涩。
