打篮球时投篮用不上力,原因是手腕及手指的力量不足。以下为加强手腕和手指力量的方法:‍

1、手腕力量训练:将身体平坐,将手放于膝盖之上,掌心朝上, 手握合适重量的哑铃以两秒左右的频率做屈腕运动,每个动作幅度应尽身体所能做到最大,同时手臂不可离开大腿,每组15次,左右手各进行三组,各组间隔休息一分钟,十指相扣揉动以放松腕部;

2、手指力量训练即指卧撑:使用十个指头着地的方法做俯卧撑,以达到锻炼握力和腕力的效果,此环节的坚持时间越长,效果越为明显。
