联系脚力的类型及方法如下所示

1、蹲跳起。方法:双脚左右开立,脚尖平行,屈膝向下深蹲或半蹲,两臂自然后摆。然后两腿迅速蹬伸,使髋、膝、踝三个关节充分伸直,同时两臂迅速有力向前上摆,最后用脚尖蹬离地面向上跳起,落地时用前脚掌着地屈膝缓冲,接着再跳起。每次练习15到20次,重复3到4组;

2、单脚交换跳。方法:上体正直,膝部伸直,两脚交替向上跳起。跳时主要是用踝关节的力量,用前脚掌快速蹬地跳起,离地时脚面绷直,脚尖向下。原地跳时,可规定跳的时间或跳的次数。行进间跳时,可规定跳的距离。以上练习重复2到3组;

3、蹍跳步。方法:用右(左)腿直膝向前上方跳起,同时左(右)腿屈膝向上举,右腿落地,然后换腿,用同样方法跳,两臂配合腿前后大幅度摆动。跳时踝关节和前脚掌要用力,整个动作轻快。它与舞蹈的“蹍跳步”动作类似。
