1、大腿手滑动作要领:平躺,下颌压住胸部双手放在大腿上,双手沿大腿滑动至膝盖处,慢慢抬起身体上部,使其离地至少10厘米,恢复原状,再重复练习。重点刺激部位:上腹部肌群。

2、头碰膝动作要领:仰躺,双手抱颈,双膝并拢,同时抬起头部,使头部在躯干上方与双膝相触。双膝保持抬升状态不动,时间越长越好,最后,放下头部和双膝,使其回落地面。重点刺激部位:上腹部肌群和腹直肌群。

3、控腿收腹动作要领:仰躺,双腿并拢,与地面呈45度角,双手抱颈,慢慢抬起身体上部。重点刺激部位:上腹部肌群和腹直肌群。

4、V形两头起动作要领:平躺,双腿离地,呈45度角,双手碰触脚尖。重点刺激部位:下腹部肌群和腹直肌群。
