1、长跑是一件持之以恒的事情应该从小做起,每天坚持锻炼。

2、长跑分为起跑、加速跑、途中跑、终点跑几个重要的过程,起跑应做到三步一呼两步一吸,增大步子幅度,减小频率。

3、两胳膊架起来,身体重心不要起伏过大,尽量保持平稳,加速跑,上体逐渐抬起,步伐逐渐加大,步频加快。

4、途中跑,高重心,上体直立或稍前倾,双臂自然摆动,脚登地后迅速前摆。

5、终点跑,加快摆臂速度,加大摆臂幅度,加快步频全力冲刺。
