1、准备藕四节,排骨一斤半 ,姜一块,大葱一根,小葱一根。

2、排骨焯水,去血沫捞出。

3、莲藕滚刀切块,老姜拍烂,大葱切段,小葱切葱花。

4、将去血沫后的排骨置入电压力锅置于煲汤方式,随后莲藕、老姜、大葱放入,倒入热水,盖没食材,倒入适量料酒,上盖煲。

5、汤煲好后,加入适量盐,葱花。
