1、先伸展双手向上,用力向上延伸,数20下再放下;

2、接着用手掌用力拍打四肢肥肉50至100下;

3、侧躺,让腿部缓慢伸直抬高(90度)再放下,一边各做20次;

4、保持侧躺,脚朝右平放,胸部和头部尽量向左看(身体好像扭毛巾一样)数20下,以相同的动作换另外一边,动作应尽量缓慢、柔和。
