肩部训练方法

肩部训练方法有很多种,简单列举如下:

1、推举:两手持哑铃于体侧,两肘外展,掌心朝前,以弧线推哑铃至最高点,稍停,缓慢控制哑铃,然后还原动作。

2、侧平举:两手持哑铃垂于腿前,身体稍前倾,双肘微屈,向两侧举起哑铃至肩高,使三角肌处于“顶峰收缩”位,稍停,然后肩肌控制缓慢还原。

3、俯身侧平举:两手持哑铃,掌心相对,俯身屈膝,身体稳定,两臂向两侧上举,然后控制缓慢还原。
