1、腊八蒜要用米醋,米醋色淡,泡过蒜色泽如初,橙黄翠绿,口感酸辣适度,香气浓而微甜。

2、制作步骤

(1)材料:大蒜3头、米醋200克。

(2)将大蒜剥好,拣出有伤疤的、坏掉的蒜瓣。

(3)用小刀在蒜瓣的底部和顶部薄薄的削去一层。

(4)把蒜瓣装入无水无油的玻璃瓶子,倒入适量米醋。

(5)用盖子密封盖紧放在暖气上。

(6)腌制1-2天即可完全变绿,变绿的蒜要放在凉快的地方以免过热变黄。
