1、睡眠解压:通过漫长的睡眠减轻压力,这种方法并非一定要睡着,只要安静的环境和温暖的被窝就行了。

2、吃东西解压:不停地吃东西,通过牙齿的咀嚼和食物的味觉刺激来减小压力,当然,注意保持身材。

3、暴力解压:通过拳击、击打沙袋、摔跤等以竞技的高度精神集中的方法减压,不过注意不要过度了。
