1、熬糖色要准备一小碗食用油和白砂糖,最好比例是1:1,这样熬出来的糖色粘稠度最好。

2、将锅加热后倒入食用油,立即加入白糖,要保持热锅冷油的状态,加入白糖后调整到中火开始翻炒,直到颜色变红棕色就关火等几分钟出锅即可。
