1、材料:排骨七两,莲藕两节,盐少许,白醋少许,鸡精少许。

2、排骨切件洗净焯去血水,莲藕去皮洗净切滚刀块加1.5升纯净水、少许白醋电高压锅炖45分钟。

3、喝前加少许盐、少许鸡精再盖上盖焖会儿,喝时再打开盖即可。
