广式蒸鱼的做法及制作方法

正宗广式蒸鱼的做法:

一.原料:鲜鱼1条、姜6片、葱3根、香菜3根、热油3汤匙、蒸鱼豉油100毫升;

二.制作方法:

1、将鱼处理干净,抹上少许盐,将姜丝放在鲜鱼上,水沸后蒸10分钟或至熟;

2、倒去多余汁液,放上葱丝及香菜,淋上热油及蒸鱼豉油,趁热食用即可;
