1、仰卧哑铃平板卧胸:4-5组* 8-12RM(胸)

2、仰卧卷腹4-6组* 15-20RM(腹)

3、直立哑铃交替前平举:3-4组* 10-12RM(肩)

4、哑铃负重直腿硬拉:3-4组*10-12RM(腿)

5、仰卧卷腹:4-6组*15-20RM(腹)

6、单臂哑铃颈后臂屈伸:3-4组*8-12RM(手臂)

7、哑铃负重箭步蹲:2-4组*8-12RM (腿)

8、运动前进行5到10分钟热身,运动后进行5到10分钟的放松,比如慢跑、拉伸等。

9、训练过程中,相同动作之间休息1-2分钟,不同动作之间休息2-3分钟。

10、做动作的过程中要求做到慢动作、长位移。
