1、比赛前做热身运动,在球场中慢跑一圈,让身体进入预热状态,然后调整呼吸,吸足氧气。

2、起跑使用脚尖,起跑后换成前脚掌用力,快到达最后30米时,奋力前冲,做好压线准备。

3、比赛开始后,身体前倾,重心前移,摆动手臂,手臂要像锯子一样,摆动时要有力度和速度。
