1、用料:全麦粉240克;全蛋50克(大约1个);糖30克(根据各人口味需要增减);盐3克;黄油20克;干酵母3克;

2、提前一个晚上把除黄油,酵母,盐外的材料混合放冰箱贴面冷藏。

3、因为冷藏了一个晚上相当于水合了,拿出后先加入酵母揉出大片膜,后加盐和黄油揉出手套膜。

4、出膜后,直接切割滚圆擀卷。放入模具中发酵至9分满。

5、下火140,上火120,30分钟。大概10分钟时盖锡纸。
