怎样用白酒自制葡萄酒

主料:葡萄10千克,白酒500克。

辅料:酵母粉3克,白糖1、5千克。

步骤如下:

1、选择颗粒小、成熟度高、颜色深、无腐烂的葡萄;

2、将葡萄轻揉破碎,捏破果粒,切勿压碎葡萄籽,装料量不超过容器容积的百分之七十;

3、接下来把葡萄汁,酵母粉,白酒,白糖一同放入容器中;

4、葡萄装入发酵容器后12个小时左右开始发酵,每天早、晚两次用工具将葡萄皮渣压入酒液中适当搅动,发酵温度不超过30摄氏度为宜,持续该操作一周时间;

5、待发酵液无明显气泡即为发酵结束,用纱布过滤酒液,过滤出的酒液装满瓶放在避光低温处自然陈酿、澄清;

6、存放一到两周后,用虹吸管分离上清液,装入其他容器,尽量装满容器,拧紧瓶盖即可。
